In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Trish will be teaching participants the following menu:-

1. Thai Papaya Salad – “Som Tam”
(Green beans, tomatoes, peanuts, and dried shrimp with a tangy pungent chili lime dressing)


2. Pandan Chicken – “Gai Haw Bai Toey”
(Marinated chicken thighs wrapped in screwpine leaves)


3. Thai Style Green Curry – “ Gaeng Kiaw Wan”
(Curry made from spicy thai green chilli with potatoes, egg plants and chicken thighs)


Bonus Recipe: Red Ruby Dessert – “Tub Tim Krob”
(Crunchy water chestnut cubes with sago in thick coconut milk)


Participants will learn:
• How to make Thai papaya salad using the traditional way
• Make Thai green curry paste from scratch
• Technique of wrapping pandan chicken
• How to make your own “red ruby” from scratch
